Refund & Return Policy

At Naqshbandi Islami Store, we take pride in delivering high-quality Islamic products with accuracy and care. Our goal is your satisfaction; however, if an issue arises with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for faulty or incorrect items caused by our error.
• Custom-made items and personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-made tailoring items (e.g., jubbas, shirts, gemstone rings)
• Perishable items such as Miswak (Sewak Al Naqshbandi)
• Health and personal care products
• Gift cards or downloadable software
• Hazardous materials or flammable goods

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:

• Books with clear signs of use
• Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, vinyl records, etc.)
• Items returned in damaged condition or missing parts not due to our error
• Items returned after 45 days of delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card provider, as processing times vary.
• Contact your bank if the refund still hasn't appeared.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, email us at info@naqshbandistore.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit upon return. If it was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

• Email us before returning any item: info@naqshbandistore.com.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted.
• For returns over $75, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Note: Returns must be sent to Naqshbandi Islami Store only. Do not send items to manufacturers or third-party addresses.
